Shipping
Hambone RC can make shipments to almost any address; however, there may be restrictions on certain products, and there may be some products that cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. We ship according to the shipping company’s policies.
Shipping will be estimated once you place your order. Delivery dates are based on the availability of the products you order, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping options you select, estimates may appear on the shipping page.
Shipping rates for many of our products are based on weight, which can be found on the product's detail page. Please note that weights may be rounded up to the next full pound according to the shipping company’s policy.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. No refund will be issued after thirty (30) days from the original payment date. All refunds are subject to approval by Hambone RC, and once approved, we will do our best to process your refund in a timely manner. Refunds to credit cards may take 5 days or more for processing by your credit card issuer, contact your bank for further assistance regarding their return/credit policies.
Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders that are already packaged and shipped. If your order was shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the Returns process detailed on this page.
Pre-order cancellations must be submitted before the item comes back into stock.
Returns
Damaged products:
Every product damaged in transit requires unique considerations and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Visual inspection may be required for shipping claims, so maintain the damage product(s) and packaging materials and containers in the as-received condition. Contact Hambone RC before attempting to return damaged product via our Contact page. We will not accept any product(s) returned to us without prior written authorization from Hambone RC. One of our representatives will advise you on how to proceed.
Unwanted products or mistaken orders:
Contact Hambone RC before attempting to return any unwanted product via our Contact page. In all cases, we will only accept authorized returns of unopened packages containing new items. All approved returns of unwanted products will be issued a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% non-negotiable restocking fee. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Opened items, used items, and apparel are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns, or returns with incomplete or missing documentation, will be denied. Denials will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
Refused Shipments
On orders where the shipment is refused upon attempted delivery will be subject to any and all fees associated with the return. Also refer to the Returns section detailed on this page. All associated fees, including two-way shipments, are subject to the sole discretion of Hambone RC. Please go through proper channels for all returns, refer to the Returns section detailed on this page.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders not only allows you to purchase items that are out of stock, but also helps us anticipate inventory needs. If you choose to pre-order, be advised that your product won't ship right away. Your product will be fulfilled and shipped once inventory is replenished. Please refer to our ordering policies above.
Warranty Policy
We take great care to ensure the highest product quality. Your new and unused Hambone RC product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. All warranty issues must be handled by a representative from Hambone RC to determine the validity of the claim, and Hambone RC will make the final determination of warranty claims. If the product appears to not assemble correctly, please contact us via the Contact page.
This warranty is valid for the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
Our warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, customer maintenance issues, errors/damage resulting from improper assembly or installation, modifications, and compatibility issues with other products/brands. Any and all modifications to Hambone RC products will void the warranty.
In any event of defects under our warranty, Hambone RC will, at their sole discretion, repair or replace the product, provided that our representative’s inspection indicates that an original product defect exists. Hambone RC reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value with considerations of form, fit and function. If the Hambone RC representative determines the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there may be a charge applied for the repair including any return shipping charges.
